Reduce, reuse, recycle…Constantly manufacturing new things using finite raw materials hewn from the earth is environmentally damaging and often deeply exploitative. It is also completely unnecessary!
At BDS, sustainability lies at the heart of the artistic process.Each unique piece is lovingly handcrafted from second-hand and reclaimed beads. I often have only a few beads in a particular shape, stone, crystal or colour, so my designs grow organically from what I have found.
Your jewellery is presented in a box made from recycled card. You could just recycle the box… but I intentionally left it blank so you can repurpose or upcycle it instead!For people and planet xx
